According to some sources of mine, I’m posting the leaked specifications of what will probably be the netbook that will be launched by Google with its Operative Sistem (Google Chrome OS). First Nexus One information was leaked, now this?… Google what’s happening to your “Top secret” attitude?

Google Phone a.k.a. Nexus One, one of the most talked Mobil devices of the last half of the  2009 will makes it debut sooner than you think… it’ll be the first week of the new year.
How it’s leaked this information? that’s because an internal T-Mobile update on his website says: “Google, with support from T-Mobile, is scheduled to launch a new Android device in early January.”

This confirms earlier reports that suggested the device would launch on or around January 5, which makes sense given CES is also taking place that week. The update also confirms that the phone will be sold directly by Google via the web, with T-Mobile offering “billing, coverage, features and rate plans.”

Other key details, like Google’s retail pricing and potential discounts that might come with a T-Mobile contract remain to-be-determined. What appear to full specs of the device, however, were leaked on the web last week.

Hello fellows! I hope you had an awesome holidays, I did xD.. but now I’m back to the blog and I’m trying to release every week (I will try) the FAIL of the week, what’s this? an annoying thing that everyone see or use or do, and it’s quite of lame or can be badly criticized.

The fail of the week,  the FAKES HOW-TO GROUPS AND SITES , people… wake up! I’ve talking for a while about things that are quite annoying in facebook, but THIS is the most lame thing I’ve ever seen on a social platform.

Why it’s a fail?
About a 60-70% of the people who use facebook, add this “hacking tools” to activate secret functions, but the thing here is… if facebook is the #1 platform for private stalking, and it’s a well developed social site… do you think that simple instructions like “Invite everyone and wait 24 hours” will hack facebook? if you think so… I’ve bad news for you.

What’s wrong with the logistic of the fake social engineering  to add more people?
I’ll say that’s the simple instructions for hacking, I mean if you want to make it more believable, put more steps or things that people maybe can verify. I’ve seen 2 sites on facebook that have good methods of pishing.

What’s wrong wrong wrong damn WRONG?!
People believe everything on the site, I mean the instructions or the steps are the same in every damn group but they add them.

Do you want to stalk somebody? It’s quite simple, just look for the person and click on his/her name, if you don’t know in the last privacy implements all the profiles were open, so exists a 70% of probability that the person you’re looking for has his or her facebook open, of course if he or her didn’t makes what I did, put it very very private.

In conclusion, people wake up! this sites go against facebook privacy rules, so if they’re on facebook they can’t go against, so that it’s a lie.

Updated: RIM (Research in Motion) and also company of the blackberrys has made some declarations telling that the interruption of the services was produced this Tuesday affecting the blackberry’s users in almost 75% of America (In my opinion)

The cool stuff in the Blackberrys such as Messenger, BBM, Internet and many other were affected others like making calls or sms weren’t. But what was the main cause? An update that apparently was released to all the smartphones yesterday (version 5.0.0.55 and 5.0.0.56).

FTR: There has been already 3 cases like that in USA but the most significant ‘till now was the one from yesterday because it affected the mayor part of America including Latin America and also South America.

I’ll keep updating this article as long as I receive information. Stay tuned.

Update: The service here in Panama is little by little getting back to normal, but still there’s some issues.

This is a totally fresh new over the internet, the first pictures of what Firefox 4.0 would be have leaked around. I’ll only explain what you can see in this pictures:

1) There’s no more: File, Edit, Blablabla… there’s now a more “Start” button like it’s on Microsoft Windows Vista & Windows Se7en & Office. 
2) Redesigned search bar and Icons. (Included the Glass or the Aero)
3) Generals graphic user interface aspects improved.
4) Also and obvious the performance has been improved but I’m also referring here about the graphic and the visual appearance of the program.

As the end of this decade is coming and soon we’ll begin a new one it’s obvious many people are evaluating what’s the most <fill the blank> of the decade, so that… many people over the internet have reach to the conclusion of what is the #1 top media innovation network of the decade.

In my personal opinion there are three over there that are the most important: Facebook, Twitter, Youtube. Only with a simple analysis we know those 3 are the most prominent of the internet, I mean even though there are countries that are in process of been a develop country have over 80% of their population on Facebook or Twitter or Youtube, but the real question is… Who’s the winner?

And the winner is… Youtube.
Why? I look for more professional thoughts about, check this out:

What are the basics improve Youtube is expecting for this new decade:
- Citizen Journalism
- Embeddable Content
- Break the paradigms of “Only the ones on TV can be Journalist”

And in the next 10 years Youtube will try to make this possible:
- TV with internet connection will have have Youtube or at least Youtube will be prepared for that Challenge of a TV with internet connection.
- Youtube will try to reach to smartphones.
- Youtube will try to go out with Live video over the social platform taking Live by the new era of citizen journalism.

Many people around the world know about the Twitter platform, the question that I’ve heard on the streets and in the College is the following, does twitter receive money for what they do?  The answer: Yes, but… the real question is… how many?

Due to the fact that Twitter is a social platform based on tweets or status updates that in my personal opinion 80% – 90% are public, Twitter has turn a big and important point of reference if you want to search for opinions, preferences, or as many of us do… news. 

What does twitter figure out? Twitter realize that as they’re one of the important search engine for opinions, thoughts, news, etc… the best deal to make will be with Google and Microsoft. That’s why one or two weeks ago they incorporate real time search (Google) and  twitter-based search (Microsoft) so that twitter makes a small profit this year off of $25 million in revenue. What does the deal make? ok it’s simple it incorporates your status updates in the time-line search on Google or you can search for something more specific in Bing.
(In my opinion, Google’s won this time the challenge, it’s better than the Twitter-bing website)

Today morning making my daily research I’ve found something very interesting… the first official pictures of the new facebook Layout has been leaked over the internet.

Windows Phone, iPhone (from Mac) two of the best smart phones that the humanity has seen yet, until now. Google Phone, is here. Google phone is the #1 trending topic in social media and communication stuff, it has Droid as operating System (of course) and as I’d post before it’s a linux based OS.

Aren’t you tired of all this thing about changing everything in your computer only because you want a better or more styled computer OS? The solution in the case you don’t have the enough money to change your PC or to buy new stuff for it like RAM or a expensive video card is either using Windows 7 or using XP with some “tips” for customization.
That’s why here I bring to you some useful tips I found over the internet and I want to share with you people.

1) Haven’t you aero?
In case you don’t Have aero, and you’re using Windows XP for example, you can use Windows Aero on your PC in an easiest way than buying an expensive graphic card. How? it’s call BS ( it’s not what you’re thinking xD) it’s Border Skin.
it’s a simple program that change the bored blue/gray/green XP borders and change them into a Windows Vista or Se7en aero look.
Very useful huh?

2) Many windows, icons, random folders? Use a dock.
It’s an incredible tool for organizing what you’re doing, your icons, maybe what you’re watching and also to group folders you use to visit; I recommend Nexus Dock.

3) Don’t use lame wallpapers, use HD (High Definition) Wallpapers.
Here you can find good stuff, I totally recommend this website and I use to visit it daily for updating my Desktop Style.

I’ll try to update you in more visual aspects. This post is only a general review.

Only for making it clear, I’ll talk a little about something that was really annoying for me and I saw it today at movie theater.
Publicity, what about it? OK I’ll explain: Publicity is the “art” of making you or convince you to take a decision, to buy something, to do something persuading your senses by visual effects, graphics or audio.
Now, having explained before… how it’s possible that a University like “Universidad Santa María la Antigua” (U.S.M.A.) pull out a commercial talking about that the System Engineering career that they have is based on the argument that “You’re a System Engineer if you use Ctrl + Alt + Supr” ?? That’s all you’ve to offer the new generations? that’s all you’re going to teach to the interested and wealthy kids that might go to that college? if that so… I’m very glad, why? because UTP students (us) will not going to have  any competition in an near or far future, like the song “We’re gonna rock this town”
It’s obvious that here we don’t have those elemental topics in our career, I mean… I’m pretty sure I bring a “cholito” and I put him/her in front of the PC and he’ll now how to turn it on and how to run the programs, I mean it’s not that hard you know?. The really hard thing is how to create a program, how to logically create an algorithm that resolves a problem, and much more (the things that I mentioned before are only first year of college stuff, but I think in USMA it’s like graduation project //I’m talking exclusively of my career on the USMA not other good careers that I know are there)
I just want to say, people… WAKE UP.

Style, Good Performance, Linux-based operating system, and of course in alliance with Google; those are the basics characteristics of what Droids phones are, in summary just amazing phones.
It’s not something new, the Droid phones have been on the USA market  almost for 2 month already but  here in Panama City they are not.

What’s new with these devices? they are the future, and they’ve been cataloged by huge gadget-rating companies as the best gadgets of these 2009. They’ve every single function iPhone has and also the ones from Google like Google Voice ( for making calls and all of that, that was kind of banned from iTunes Store), Google earth, Google maps, GMail, and soon Google Wave.

As I said before, they have open source operative system on them (they’re not like a single phone or iPhone or Blackberrys) that’s a linux based operating system. The performance just amazing, the social comunication tools incorporated in the phone to stay connected with facebook platform and twitter are just what a social media comunicator or a regular user wants.

Twitter yeah.. a little stalker, Facebook umm.. really really stalker, but now Messenger to include Twitter & Facebook in the new Wave 4?

Here’s the deal, we’re currently on Wave 3 (for those who don’t know much about techy things about Messenger), and the principal characteristics that takes the attention of thousands of users could say bye bye in this new Wave denominated 4.

Today’s morning were released some pictures of what could be the next generation of Messenger that integrates online social media ( connected with Facebook and twitter ) and also a non-attractive looking for a instant messaging software.

Here’s what is eliminated from the 2009 edition:
- Windows Scenes (the skins)
- The Hotmail Icon

Here’s what is on the new version that the 2009 hasn’t:
- “History”  icon in the Chat Window.
- Sidebar of social media platforms.

 

 
As my personal opinion and also like an ex-betatester of Windows Live products I should say that wasn’t what I was expecting, I wanted more aero-kind style something really se7enish, or at least more cool stuff to play with, but none of it was seen on the pictures.
I’m really hoping that as it’s a beta version it is going to improve when it comes out to RC and it’s going to be better when it comes out on early 2010.

The hot new album from 30 seconds to Mars is out today for all of you. I’m not a really fan of this kind of music but I’d to admit that they have good songs, I personally like one that’s called “From Yesterday” and it’s quite a good piece of work.

When we search over the web, we’re looking information updated and also relevant information, that means information that maybe everybody is talking about or we want to check if the information we’re searching for is what we want to find watching the group of people that talk of it, for example if we’re looking for Graphic Design products or software we’re not going to search in a webpage that is a farmer’s blog or we’re not going to fundament an opinion of graphic design based of what we heard of it by a medicine student, the point here is that for search matters the people that talk about something and the time you spend finding it.

Now Google presents the new killing-bing feature “Real Time Search”, with this new tool running on our Google search page, it makes your life better when you’re trying to get to an information or you want really fresh information on the web.

Reporting damage on facebook normal platform (Graphic User Interface) and operations manage, it’s buggy 50% of the users in the Notification area, and the other half have problems using features like applications, could this means that’s coming a new layout from facebook?

Apparently as seen on @mashable a new layout is coming this year, and they’re actually testing it.

Short & sweet as my English professor in school should say, the statement is this the 2008’s most popular word “change” is now replaced with twitter in 2009.

While in 2008 the most popular word was Change (sponsored by Obama) the 2009’s word is Twitter. Twitter beats out words like Obama that was the #2, H1N1 #3, Stimulus #4, and vampire the #5. In my opinion it’s obvious that the top1 position was gained by twitter, I mean the business, the music industries, the social media sites, and everyone is using twitter for spreading something no matter if it’s news or a service, it’s used and it reaches to a great number of peoples because of the use of teenagers (for following their favorites stars) and also the factor that you can read a whole new on your mobile without taking to much time on it (I mean it’s only 140 characters).

Also it’s obvious that the most popular phrase of 2009 was “King of Pop” referring to MJ, BUT Michael Jackson wasn’t  the most famous name of the 2009, it was Barack Obama, how ironic hahaha..

It’s incredible (making a summary), in my personal opinion, social media has come the number #1 topic of a whole year, and it’s also taking strength in different economic aspects like business or publicity. What would be the 2010’s word?

Here in panama I think that it’s BLACKBERRY, ‘cause everyone have one, everyone talk about that, and most of the people has its BBpin number on his/her nick or his/her status on facebook, inclusive the man who’s attending you on a food store has one, also the other word in my opinion that should be in top 3 words Panamanian uses should be FACEBOOK or FARMVILLE.

BTW: Google Wave tip by me, you can send the link of one of your wave taking the url you have right in your url bar at the moment you’re searching for a wave, try to be very specific and use personalized tag so you can’t find your unique wave and share to others without miss confusing.

There are 3 things that I hate the most on some social media platforms, I think you may agree with one, two or all of my statements.

In third place we have as always those BS applications, those lame games, those boring trending always up on twitter, and those.. umm, I dunno hahah xD

In second place we have twitter obsessions:
EVERYTHING have to be controled by a natural balance, I mean you can’t be so obsessed with something that you post on the web every 3 minutes, I’m a very obsessed person with the technology, ok I admitted, but at least I’m not posting every 3 minutes about news that I know are nonsense for others. 
If you have something important  to tell to the world, let’s use the facebook, the digg, the twitter, the blogs or any other social media communication platform, but what I’ve post before hasn’t precedence, all those post just creep me out and make my inbox/home/whatever so full with so junk information.

And in first place, we have the new social spam or junk attack “let’s tag you on a picture that you aren’t only because I want you to see it”.
People do you know Messenger? do you know that now there’s a function that helps other people to see a post that you put on your facebook? No? There isn’t JUST POST IT ON YOUR FACEBOOK =D, but if you still want that person to see the post or the picture or whatever just write @username in the post before you end writing him or her username there’ll be a list of people you can tag (Based on what you’ve write)
People, don’t spam any other facebook so that when the other person watch his or her facebook’s photos the only thing they see is pictures with text that say something like “Do you eat your nails?” WTF is wrong with the world!

Here’s a big new for Google fans, and also (like me) the ones that are interested on the huge number of Adobe products, there’s now an available app for your Android device that’s called “Photoshop”.

What can you do with it? It’s like having a lite version of Photoshop in your pocket, you can take it anywhere and make some modifications to pictures you take from your mobile device, pretty cool uh? here’s a video that explains you how does it work:

I’m not going to talk about unimportant things, I’m going to talk about the main topics that are: Gaga, Rihanna, Lambert, Taylor Swift, MJs

I’ll summarize what I’ve to say to each one in one word: EPIC

MJs: He's still winning prizes after dead, what a great singer we lost. 
Taylor Swift: She passed to be (to me) a cute country girl, to a “Oh I’m the one Kanye West shhhushh so that I must put a surprise face every time I receive a price or an award, ‘cause I mean I think I’m really winning it”, I mean the first time was good, the second excellent but Artist of the year? C’MON!

Rihanna: So Lady gaga wannabe, and the worst it didn’t work, she was totally out of place, her voice sound pretty weird and she was so decontrolled on the performance.

Lady Gaga:  You’re always out of this world, but yesterday you were smoking! I mean playing on a piano in a box with fire? that’s hot
And finally we got to the most controversial performance of the night, Adam Lambert

Adam Lambert performance was as innocent as Paris Hilton. It was full of adult-kind-entertainment, big controversial moments, “free expression” and let’s say body controversial art, calling the attention of every person who attended to the event. Here in pty we can say  “Ta full pasao ese man” that means that he cross the line,  but I still think he’s a good singer nevertheless he has his own craziness moments but I mean that’s why he’s not a gaga copy (like rihanna) or any other singer, his vocals yesterday were very impressing and for all I’ve mention before he got good publicity for the launch of his CD today, For Your Entertainment.

Hello my techy-readers I’ve good news for some of you, there's a new OS between us, it’s called Chrome as you should know and it’s NOW out for testing.

There’s a source code that you can download from Google Website, and the instructions to you to “do it yourself” or make it in order you can test it.

As everyone expected someone did it and upload it on a torrent on internet, and because it’s free and also is open source we can download and run in a Virtual Machine.

Of course it doesn’t have much of the things Google is expecting to do in a future but it’s a good beginning don’t you think? With this smart move Chrome is expected to destroy the Useless desktop and installation routines and they are planning to innovate again like they are doing with Google Wave .
